I recently went through a 9-week fitness program called Fit For Photos, administered by Kerry Walsh, who is also my coach and trainer for Texas Fit Chicks, a bootcamp I do three days a week. Kerry had gone through the program herself, and as I saw the changes she made in her fitness, it inspired me to try the program. I felt like I needed a new challenge to get over a plateau, and FFP was a great opportunity to increase my fitness, with the motivation of a photoshoot at the end. It was hard work, but it was worth it. I feel healthier, stronger and more vital than ever! Special thanks to Linda Unger or taking these awesome photos! <3 She is so talented!!
