Controlling that emotional connection to food starts from the inside out. I believe that a healthy, balanced woman who feels her best, will shine and look her best, no matter what life throws at her. I help women from all ages take action to identify the root cause of their emotional eating struggles and get back on the road to living a balanced, healthy life with far less cravings.

I offer support through education, group and personal one-on-one consults to help you identify your specific triggers, and actually stick to the program we design together, to help you kick the cravings and binge eating for good.

Negative changes can easily happen overnight, but good change, change that lasts a lifetime, usually takes considerably more time. For most women, emotional challenges can be corrected, through systematic changes and repeated positive action.

Eating is so closely tied to our social life, our health, and our emotional health. As factory farming made food more readily available, eating became a social activity.

Think of the last time you went out with friends when it did not revolve around food. Now, food is even one of the most commonly photographed things on Instagram! No wonder it feels as if we are fighting a losing battle. Without the proper tools in our arsenal, we are. 

What many don’t realize is that food can also be the unspeakable thing we don’t talk about. Food can feel dirty, shameful, and sad, but it doesn’t have to feel this way.

Knowing that you are receiving credible information is of the upmost importance!  What works for one person, who by the way is completely different than you, will not work the same way for you. No pun intended..but there is no cookie cutter way of overcoming emotional eating.

We only get one body in this lifetime so we should care for it well.

Each program is tailor-made for YOU. Generic programs are just that, generic.
