“I lowered my AIC from 5.6 to 5.1 so I am no longer borderline pre-diabetic”

I’m the product of two parents that had so many different health issues that I would have to check almost every box in the family history section….Not only did I lose 12.5 pounds and several inches….I lowered my cholesterol by several points….I lowered my AIC from 5.6 to 5.1 so I am no longer borderline pre-diabetic.  It turns out that those foods that I loved were not loving me.
