“I have lost pounds and inches – but most importantly, I feel better physically and mentally!”

I started looking for an exercise program in January 2015 on doctor’s orders to find a way to relieve stress.  When I happened upon the 4 week boot camp at TFC and I had a cruise planned in exactly 4 weeks, I decided to give it a try.  I had not worked out in over 10 years and my job requires a lot of sitting, so I was immediately challenged by the workout.  I was so sore and I could hardly roll over in bed!  But within 2 weeks, I was already feeling better and stronger.  When I came back from my cruise, I signed up for a 6 month class (and I’m now on the 12 month package).  I also started making lifestyle changes – cutting out soda, watching my protein and ditching the lean cuisines at lunch for homemade salads and veggies.  I found our awesome trainer, Kerry Walsh, and the Coles Crossing Evening ladies to be fun and encouraging – I never feel judged when I can’t quite keep up.  Now, a year later, I look forward to workout nights and hate to miss a class.  I have lost pounds and inches – but most importantly, I feel better physically and mentally!
